Are you saying that the creator of Peanuts didn’t know how to draw “for real”?
What about Rugrats? Hey Arnold? Flinstones?
They may be different styles, but they all originate from the same style: cartoon.
Are you saying they’re not real artists?
Am I not a “real” artist because I prefer anime? Despite the hard work, tears, frustration, love, hatred I put into my art, just like realism artists?
Picasso didn’t draw anything realistically, iirc. He was an abstract artist. Was he not real because he didn’t draw realism?
Before you judge, maybe you should think about art’s history.^

Anime art style gives you a sense of diversion. You learn from anime. Just because you draw anime art style doesn’t mean you completely draw someone else’s artwork. I can easily take a picture and upload an anime original picture I drew all on my own without anything to look at.
Anime is real art. Whoever it was that posted this is obviously extremely ignorant and one-sided when it comes to artwork.
